A lot of construction around the hotel, hence noisy, and you could hear it late at night. Also, not enough seats in the restaurant for breakfast, especially when it is raining, which means you can't sit in the garden area. Also, the TV is not connected to the Wi-Fi (and not able to), therefore unable to watch TV at night

We really recommend staying at the SSAW Boutique Hotel when you come to Shanghai. The staff was extremely helpful, and the amenities were great. The breakfast had a variety of options for any taste and a view of the city up top. The location was near the subway, Yu Garden, and had lots of different stores reachable by foot. The only time we requested a DiDi was for the Hongqiao train station. On the second day of our trip, my parents' room had a leak from the roof, but the staff was very quick to give them a new room and fix the leakage issue, which shows their professionalism and hard work
