They charged me for towels and bedding that were already clean. Nothing was wrong worth them then they totally ignored all my messages

Clean and tidy, great location (to Akld uni and Britomart), quiet in the rooms. Very comfortable bed and lovely linen. Kitchen was well equipped. Will stay here happily again.
