Apartment was spacious and was in a great location. The building is a converted castle and it was very unique. Communication with the hosts was great in relation to parking location and how to get to the apartment.

Very friendly and helpful service, accommodating our very late arrival due to a delayed flight. Very central location, spacious rooms. All good.

Everything was great for our short stay. The lack of an oven may be an issue for guests staying longer and hoping to cook more.

The concierge met us and gave us detailed instructions, and walked us up to our room. She also let us know when and how to best contact her if we had any issues. She was so pleasant and professional, and really made us feel welcome and at home. We felt that someone was always available if we had a problem (we did not!) and also gave us several recommendations of places to eat.

We were given a name for the parking space, and accidentally went to the wrong area. I believe it was our mistake and we just missed a communication, but I would suggest spending some time deciding your parking situation before being in the middle of Ljubljana traffic. Luckily, as soon as we did find the parking, the concierge was immediately responsive and called our free taxi (a wonderful perk) who was there to meet us within a few minutes.

Some of the decor was a bit of an eye sore eg. red fridge and divan

We received a very warm welcome during check in. The location of the property was excellent, easy to get to all the main attractions. Our host was so helpful with bus times, information about the city and the history of the building. This is a real gem in the centre of the city, quiet and spacious too.
