To start with the friendliness and performance of the staff. Even before I arrived, they were already informing me about everything regarding the accommodation. The place is beautiful and comfortable, my children and I really enjoyed it. Everyone there always respected each other's space, without any kind of inconvenience. 5 stars, hope to return soon!

The property is not the cleanest, we found bedbugs in our room and had to change rooms. The pictures are also very misleading, the property is much smaller and rooms share bathroom amenities

Awoken by a fire alarm in the middle of the night, which nobody could turn off!
It's a calm place to stay but some guests complained about noise from students which is not good as I saw in many reviews. I guess I was lucky to get a room in a quiet corner.
