The bathroom towels were not clean, the corners of the walls were dirty, dining was on the 5th floor, waiting for the elevator took a very long time, either it was not stopping on that floor or it was under maintenance, had to change to another elevator to go to the 1st floor and then wait for another elevator to go to the 5th floor, waiting for breakfast took a long time and wasted a lot of time waiting for the elevator.
