Of course, the location is very close to VinWonders and convenient to get to, the shuttles were constantly running in different directions! The pools are good, the beach is normal! Almost all the workers are helpful and polite! In general, I do not recommend it as a resort, but as a hotel for staying and visiting Vinwonders park, it's just right!

The renovation is a bit old and needs updating. The food is a maximum of 3+, and the workers constantly remind that breakfast time is ending and it's time to finish. Remove one angry lady from the reception. Stop charging for an extra bed for children or at least lower the price.

And then it's just the main lobby where you actually take a cable car or a speedboat. Then you arrive on an island where there are 4 hotels on the entire island and also an amusement and water park for an additional fee. Everything here is perfect, an atmosphere of freedom.

We had a fantastic villa room with direct access to a beautiful and peaceful beach. The room was nice, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs. Absolutely no complaints—I loved everything about it. It made our holiday perfect.

The main issue with this hotel is the large number of impolite local guests who were shouting, yelling, and arguing everywhere. I don’t understand why people would spend their holiday constantly arguing. The breakfast area in the early morning was especially chaotic and loud, which ruined my routine, as I need a quiet and peaceful morning. I felt so sorry for the hardworking staff who had to constantly clean up all the trash these guests left behind.
