We had multiple issues with the online security. A cyber attack was in progress idk. Our phone number and info got leaked and i received scam messages. And the day of the checkout we got locked outside of our room after 9 o'clock. Checkout was at 11!! Thankfully the hotel next door is the same company so they helped us, if this wasn't the case, no one responded when I messaged on the app that we where locked out.
