It was the first time I stayed in such a bad room. It had leaks, the air conditioning didn't work, it was very cold, and the TV also didn't work.

Bed was not comfortable, and we didn't have room cleaning or towel change. It's winter, besides the cold, there's humidity that makes it difficult to dry the towels for reuse.
