A nice, pleasant hotel with national ornaments. You can really feel that everything is made with soul and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and have all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable I slept very well.The area is good there is a Korean restaurant nearby with delicious food, which was a pleasant surprise for me. There are also other restaurants in the area. A new art museum and the Koktobe tv tower are located nearby. The hotel is very good, cozy, and quiet. The staff do their best to provide great service. I would especially like to thank Eldos, he is a very kind, honest, and competent person with a big heart. He helped me many times. The breakfasts are good, but they could be slightly improved by adding more fruits and juices. The hotel is located close to the mountains.I recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and cozy hotel, checked in early, friendly and helpful staff. There are several breakfast options to choose from. The room has everything you need, the air conditioner works great. Only positive emotions remained from the stay. They gave a gift when they found out it was my birthday. They provided guidance on the sights to visit.

I would add a coffee machine to the standard room, a napkin holder with paper napkins in the bathroom.
