The location was optimal

Only 4 chairs, even though booked for 6 people and advertised for 7. Not enough tableware. Despite repeated inquiries, the response was dismissive, claiming they would take care of it. The issues were not resolved by the end of the stay. At one point, it was even suggested that the accommodation was only for sleeping, despite the presence of a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. No refund was provided, and we had no opportunity to have breakfast together or sit in the evenings throughout the entire stay.
