I felt like I was overcharged, I only took an omelette and pancake and a cup of tea, I thought it was charged on order and later, I was told they charge breakfast at ksh.2000, if I had been given this information earlier and I would have made a more informed decision

The breakfast was great, good variety and well made. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The location is great, the room is generally clean. Staffs were quite helpful.

There was no hot water throughout my four-night stay. The first night, we all had to take cold showers. In the coming days, there was only moderately warm shower. The last day, it became cold again.
We had a great stay at Monarch Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Everything was well maintained and made for a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!
