Multiple reviews explicitly state the hotel and rooms are clean and practical; no major cleanliness complaints aside from an aged bathroom in some rooms.
Service is frequently praised as very friendly and helpful, though a few guests reported an unfriendly or rushed check-in experience.
Close to the airport and public transport (convenient for stopovers) but several guests find the hotel somewhat isolated in a business/industrial area and mention noise or unpleasant smells in places.
Rooms are described as spacious, comfortable and well air-conditioned, but issues noted include aging bathrooms, occasional maintenance faults (e.g., flickering LED), no fridge or safe in many rooms, and some rooms being too warm or noisy.
Breakfast and bar area are generally good; parking is available but often paid and limited, and several rooms lack conveniences like a minibar/fridge or in-room safe.
Strong consensus that the hotel offers excellent price-performance and is great value for short stays or stopovers.
Breakfast is repeatedly described as varied and plentiful by many guests, though a few mention limited choices relative to price.
Overall positive for practical one-night stays: clean, comfortable and good value, with occasional negatives (noise, parking, some maintenance and check-in experiences).
Modern, clean, and well-maintained. There's even a small on-site store with the essentials for travelers.

It was very clean and the proximity to the airport was great. We were at Therme Erding and it was 15 km away.

The breakfast could have been more plentiful for 17.90€. However, breakfast for children was free.
Nice, spacious room, comfortable bed, and good value for money. We stayed here for six nights while attending a conference nearby, and the location worked perfectly for us. If you’re traveling by car, there are plenty of free street parking options nearby, or you can use the hotel’s paid garage.

If you’re planning to explore Munich as a tourist, though, the hotel is a little too far from the city center. I’d probably opt for a more central hotel, as getting into the city takes at least 35 minutes each way, whether by train or car.
It has a good location to reach and comfortable parking, and the staff is very friendly

We chose this hotel because we had been there on other occasions and had liked it, but this time the room was full of ants, on the carpet, in the bathroom, on the skirting board, and on the window. As soon as we mentioned it at the reception, they kindly changed our room. It had fewer, but there were also some. It's the first time this has happened to us.
