The staff member was very kind and welcoming. The place was clean, well organised, and they had thought of small details such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, etc. These little touches really make a difference, especially when you have just arrived. We also had the option to leave our luggage at the office before check-in. We didn’t end up needing to because our check-in was ready a little earlier than expected, but having this option was very helpful and much appreciated.

Not a lot of space

The drain was full of hair. Location is not great for first time tourists in Bali.
