Hotel Prana boutique Tulum The Hotel included breakfast. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant was closed for maintenance, we did not see anyone working for 3 days. We concluded that it was closed because it was the low season, we only met two other guests. They gave us a 'voucher' to have breakfast at a restaurant 200 meters away, of much lower quality than the Hotel we had booked. The breakfast was poor, the place was not clean, there were many mosquitoes, it was very hot, and uncomfortable. Despite our complaint, there was no alternative offered. So, we ended up having to find breakfast on our own. If we had known, we would not have booked that hotel.

Rooms are minimally furnished with almost no storage space. There is no real bathroom, so the shower and toilet are actually in the room, which we did not find pleasant or fresh. Breakfast was mediocre and had to be eaten at a nearby restaurant.
Large and welcoming room, very friendly staff and convenient location. We especially appreciated the towel rental service for the pool and the option to refill water bottles with fresh water.

It's a shame that the bar and restaurant were closed. It would be better to have a door separating the bathroom from the rest of the room.
The quality of the reception, the staff is pleasant. The accommodation, based on traditional housing, is comfortable. Good breakfast at the nearby bar.
