There is noise coming from the street side rooms. Still, we managed to sleep out of tiredness...

The shower drain clogs and overflows

Price. The lobby and the room are always unconditioned upon arrival. It then takes forever to become bearable. Very warped parquet. The pool was dirty and had plaster and other things in it. No nice view from the room or to the sea (okay to the city but also not from our room).
It was a good value option, the room was spacious with a large bed. Location was good, although we didn’t realize how big Da Nang was so we ended up getting grabs everywhere as it was too hot to walk and everything seems to be at least a 25-40min walk away. A few nice restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was not great, the cereal was stale and some of the other options were not to my liking.
