Staff communication gap, they are not concerned about the guest at all, not updated about the guests details if they've extended or not paid or not, all they care about is money, so stupid behavior of the manager and the staff, especially Süleyman and manager Afsana. If they remain managers, the hotel will be closed soon. They need to learn hospitality, which they don't know at all. Rude behavior. I have no words. I extended my room for a couple of days more, they weren't updated. They started calling me early morning 2-3 times, then they started banging my door. As soon as I opened the door, staff shouting at me. On asking why aren't you guys updated about the bookings I've made, he asked me to shut up. In short, they don't have manners, do not care about customers at all
