I think it's one of the top hotels I've ever stayed at. I was a little worried because I heard it was an old established hotel, but the service was calm and peaceful without any sense of age. The room making was also perfect. The towels were fluffy and seemed new. Even in five-star hotels, towels often seem worn out, but that was not the case here.

The air conditioning was super loud on its lowest setting, and windows don’t open wide enough to give you fresh air enough to cool your room. The very low flow rainwater head in the shower was like showering in a drizzle - I always felt like the soap and shampoo was not fully washed off. The bathroom light at night acted like a motion sensor, so if I used the loo at night, the shock of a bright light woke me up. The bed, while super comfy, was topped with a heavy winter weight duvet. I ended up sweating all night.
