The room is not ready and immediately take the upgrade action. The room cleanliness and the size of the upgraded room are excellent and it accommodated four people while we were only 2. The staff and their exceptional service, I can't remember their names but all of them without a doubt. Its location is very ideal, close to the Duomo and the Galleria. Assistance is provided in arranging parking but with charges. It is just a few minutes away either by walking or by car. Assistance is provided in reaching the hotel gate to unload your belongings before taking the car to the parking. An umbrella was provided during rainy weather.

There are no parking spaces, and this is normal in most European cities, especially in Milan, and I do not see it affecting the rating because this situation is well known in Milan. However, you are assisted in finding the nearest parking with a fee of around 30 euros.

Furniture cleanliness is lacking. I forgot to include breakfast in the reservation and they wanted to charge me 50 euros per day for two people, which I found very expensive. They did not accept to give a discount even though I stayed for 12 days.
