room smelled of cigarette smoke - we asked to be moved to another room restaurant menu was limited and boring food was only average breakfast was only average

Staff english was poor. When I checked in there was a large group of Chinese who kept jumping the queue to check in and I felt this was not managed well with the staff. Fridge wasnt cooling which the staff there sorted. Room didnt have space to keep a suitcase.
