Located right in the center of Tulum Pueblo. Breakfast was good.

Upon arrival, found a leaking air conditioner which made the entire bed, pillows, and floor wet. Reported this, the only solution was to change the bed sheets and turn the air conditioner on and off. However, the mattress was so wet that this was not enough. There was no consideration for alternatives such as another room, very nonchalant attitude from the staff. The next morning upon waking up, the entire floor was wet again. Reported this but received no response. Very bad experience. Poor beds.

Although the place is beautiful and the room very cozy, the hotel should have male staff trained to understand that a woman traveling alone does not mean she can be harassed, quite the opposite. This situation affected my stay, leaving me very uncomfortable.
