On the one hand, the location is great close to 2 different metro stations and walking distance from Seomyeon shopping and night life area. However, the construction site right in front of the hotel can be a problem for some. We had no problem with the noise but it could be an issue. The room was very big with lots of amenities (even a hair straightener!) and the beds very comfortable. Free coffee is provided on the terrace. Laundry room is also available at the hotel.

The construction site right in front of the hotel can be a problem. They are currently demolishing a building and a new one will be built, so noise will be an issue for some time. The street in general does not look good but it is safe and quiet, so we didn't mind. The wash basin is in the same space as the shower, which is pretty inconvenient.
Clean (and huge) room that looks exactly as advertised. They also provide laundry detergent (for a small fee) so you can use their washer and dryer to clean clothes.

It was very modern and had the option of luggage storage, laundry, and kitchens, and very nice staff.
