they cheated - I had to leave early due to my medical emergency though I wanted my son who stayed behind to use the rooms. But the hotel sneakily cancelled the rooms and had someone else checked in and did not also pay the days they stole from us

Loved everything about this place!
We were happy with how big the room was for a city hotel. We also liked the quality of the linens, how quiet the hotel was, and how there was not a carpet in the room. The location is excellent. The staff was attentive. The valet service was easy, and returned the car quickly when asked. Room service meal was great.
