THE STAFF: Mr. Adam, Mr. Bond, and all the front office team, plus the food and beverage team, particularly Mr. Ra, were undoubtedly the most professional, friendly, and helpful teams I have ever encountered in my 50-plus years of traveling the world for business & pleasure – well done and they certainly deserve recognition. The hotel rooms and facilities were in line with the entire Angkor Heritage experience, exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The food was well-prepared with a good choice of local and Western cuisine. The supply of bottled filtered water to the rooms daily kept up with our needs, and the breakfast boxes provided for the sunrise were perfect. All in all, the hotel far exceeded expectations; the location and the consistently great, friendly, professional staff made this 7-day stay in so many ways just perfect - my family and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a home in Siem Reap while visiting the many amazing heritage sites.

Friendliness of the staff, room size and cleanliness. Well-maintained facilities. The photos correspond to reality. They offer the option of airport pick-up included in the room rate. And there are always tuk-tuks available from the hotel to take you and pick you up wherever you need, and the price difference with Grab is not much, besides they are always clean.

We stay here all the time - this year 4 times already and we are heading back in September. Breakfast is excellent, staff are wonderful. It just has everything you need for a beautiful relaxing stay

Can't think of anything we did not like

Everything was wonderful, comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing. Short ride to the main streets and restaurants. Staff were friendly and welcoming with plenty of breakfast options to choose from.
