Such a great hostel with lovely vibes! Has everything you need and with very good kitchen facilities. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is also great so highly recommend staying here!

No enough sunbeds :P

The Staff firstly were super friendly and the whole area was kept very clean. this made cooking food in the kitchen and getting my washing done very easy. Also there is loads of cool activities going on which made it very easy to meet people and the travel desk inside were very helpful in sorting me a trip to the Great Barrier Reef.

I really enjoyed it, only downside is it's about a 10 minute walk into town.

Mal, el aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba al máximo y cuando le pedimos al personal apagarlo nos dijeron que no que con el calor corporal haría más calor, estaba todo sucio habitaciones, baños igual, muchos de los enchufes de la habitación tampoco funcionaban etc

We enjoyed the evening entertainment, which created a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The staff was also very kind, available, and attentive when we needed something. We appreciated their welcome and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, we had a very good stay at Mad Monkey Village.

We did not enjoy the first nights, as the other two people sharing our room did not respect our sleep. There was a lot of coming and going in the room at any time of the night, which greatly disturbed our sleep during those three nights. In addition, a fifth person was able to enter our room because she had the access code given by her friends, and she ended up spending the night in the room, even though she was not supposed to sleep there. However, as soon as we talked to the staff about it, the team was very understanding and offered to change our room. We then had much better nights with much more respectful roommates, which allowed us to finish our stay rested, as we had hoped.
