A few more precautions would make the structure better. During the five-day stay, the bathroom was never cleaned.
The room and especially the bathroom were very clean, breakfast may not be very varied but sufficient and tasty. The staff is very nice and always helpful. No need to carry suitcases up the stairs - there is an elevator on every floor, even in the garage.

Sounds from outside could be heard, both from construction workers in a nearby building and the sliding of curtains in the next room, but it was not too bothersome.
