The assigned room did not correspond at all to the Junior Suite with balcony booked, as the balcony was practically non-existent. Also, the bathroom was barely sufficient and had several obvious problems: window not fully openable, shower glass broken, plaster peeling off the ceiling, and sink impractical to use for adults. In addition, the towels appeared worn out and the sheets did not convey a real sense of cleanliness. The bed for children was literally positioned under a window, an uncomfortable and questionable solution. The air conditioning was not working, causing considerable discomfort during the stay, exacerbated by the fact that the windows could not be left open due to the direct view of the street. The outdoor space in front of the room, shared with other guests and also indicated as a possible breakfast area, was in poor condition and was practically unusable. Furthermore, the room was not located at the address indicated in the property presentation, but in a separate and more distant, old building without an elevator and with an entrance door lacking a lock, a circumstance that also raised some security concerns.
