The staff is truly above average: extremely competent, kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is also perfect, in close proximity to Kyoto Station. It's hard to do better to discover the city and move around easily. The room was very comfortable, modern, and perfectly equipped, with high-quality services. The breakfast also deserves a special mention: very varied, well-presented, with both classic choices and traditional Japanese specialties. It was a real pleasure to start the day like this. After many trips and many hotels visited, this one undoubtedly ranks among the best establishments we have stayed in, if not the best. Everything was truly top-notch. An exceptional address in Kyoto where we would return without any hesitation!
