Arrived to check in at 2 pm it took 2 hrs later to receive the key for room and having a 1 year old granddaughter just escalated the tension waiting around

It was in such a great spot. Only 5 min walk from the airport. It felt so calm and had a great resort feel considering how close it was to the airport. We loved the hydro slide!
