Comfortable accommodation in Victoria Falls, clean and spacious. Very pleasant staff. It's a pity that the pool is not heated, but the garden is relaxing. Hearty breakfast.

The setting was beautiful. The accommodation was very comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms have been upgraded. The staff were amazing and very friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. Helped with taxis, booked activities for us.

Not enough storage space for clothing. Our safe didn't work and our bathroom needed towel rails.
The staff are wonderful, helpful and kind. Thank you Audrey for sorting out our sunset cruise. The food is fine.

The kettle is too big to fit under the tap at the hand basin and the plug doesn’t fit the electric socket. A fridge would be welcome.

It was not like the pictures; the room we were put in had a view to the toilet and no bathroom door. No bedside tables or room to move.
