The setting is exceptional. The staff is very attentive. We were lucky to be upgraded to a villa with a pool. We were amazed. We were in absolute comfort. Everything was perfect. Many thanks.

Organised a transfer from Marrakech to the Agafay desert and back to Marrakech the following day easily via WhatsApp. When we arrived our room was upgraded to a swim up room which totally made our trip. Rooms were clean with lovely interior. Very relaxing overnight stay!! We also added on the one hour quad bike experience which was great.

Our room door didn’t lock however we were only there for one night so didn’t bother highlighting this to the staff and the location felt safe. Drinks at the resort were quite pricy wish we had taken some with us for our room as we had a fridge.

There were flies everywhere in common areas. There were ants in my room. The AC did not work in my room and I was sweating all night. The WIFI didn’t work well in my room leaving me feeling disconnected unless I was in common areas. I didn’t feel like this was a suitable place for Solo travelers.
Magnificent hotel, very well located compared to other hotels seen nearby, we had an excellent stay, superb suite with private pool, thank you for the surprise. Many compliments and thanks to Raja at the reception and Hamza the bellboy, both professionals and extremely kind. We had dinner at the restaurant, it was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The breakfast buffet is varied and well stocked. We will return to this beautiful and relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.

Absolutely wonderful! Our time at the Agafay Luxury Camp was marked by great hospitality, amazing accommodations, and great views. We were greeted promptly when we arrived by the manager Azzelarab, and even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we were allowed to use the facility. They provided complimentary water and nuts within the room. I upgraded to the room with a private pool to surprise my wife – incredible room, pool, and shower. True luxury in every detail. Cocktails and food by the pool were delicious as was dinner at the restaurant. We also reserved a camel ride. The handler, Outhman, was very kind and charismatic. He was great with the camels and did an amazing job taking fantastic photos and videos. Our stay at the Agafay Luxury Camp was the highlight of our trip to Morocco. Our only regret is that we wish we would have booked an extra night!
