The hotel is a bit impersonal but this is due to the fact that it is huge and very crowded.

Request a room in the southern tower. We were in the northern tower and to reach the room, we had to take the elevators to the 11th floor to switch to the northern tower. A bit of a hassle but not too terrible.

The main issue was the elevators. There are six elevators, but the system needs better logic, similar to large buildings where you select your floor first and are assigned a specific elevator. Currently, it feels random and causes unnecessary crowding and long waiting times. This is made worse by some inconsiderate guests who do not respect the queue and enter the elevator ahead of people who have been waiting. Also, the breakfast quality was noticeably better during my previous stay three years ago.

A small issue at the beginning with the shower but once reported, everything was back to normal.
