No air con and small fan
The location is fantastic, walking distance to everything- park, shops, restaurants, public transport, places of interest. The property is clean, spacious, bright .

The cooling system could be improved as we found the night time temperature inside the property was hot, we couldn’t sleep very well in some nights. The portable fan is not strong enough.

In a sunny day, temperature in the apt is very high. Squarish, ultrasoft pillows are not my favorite.
