Excellent location. The hotel has a bar open until late serving food and drinks. The beds are comfortable, the noise is almost nonexistent, and the cleanliness is very good. It has shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and slippers for use. They offer 1 bottle of water per guest per night. They were all very friendly.

There is no elevator. However, the girl at the reception helps with the luggage. Although they don't speak much English, they were very helpful. They use an app for translation.

Perfect location with the subway not too far to move freely around the city. Great base, we stayed there for 3 days.

Hotel was just ok, but the room itself (Romantic King room with terrace) was amazing. Highly recommend, location is one of the best places you can be in Shanghai, the view from the terrace is also awesome. Also very easy to get to the hotel from Pudong airport (take metro line 2 from T2 until East Nanjing Road - 17 stations, approx 50 mins - then change to line 10 for just 1 station until Yuyuan Garden station, then take exit 1 and take right on top, then walk straight about 5 mins walk to hotel; all this takes around 1h and about 6-7 yuan per person).

The hotel itself is just average, the only rooms that are worth all the money are the rooms on the top floor (6th floor) with terraces or balconies. Still an awesome value for money when getting the 6th floor rooms due to the views and location.
