Let's say everything is ok. Room a bit small on the 12th floor. But after the earthquake, I asked for a room on a lower floor and was immediately accommodated, so much so that they gave me a really large room. Breakfast is sufficient and varied. The hotel also has a Japanese spa, of excellent quality.
