No hot water for washing
The room and bathroom were not cleaned at the check-in time. Overall bathroom cleaning condition was poor. Torn towel, only one, provided for three of us. The towel was shown to the manager who simply apologized and said, 'Next time it won't happen.' The room had a deep cigarette smoking stench.
