Hotel very well located in Vientiane. Reception staff, very smiling, friendly and accommodating - we were able to check in two hours before the check-in time. Clean and comfortable room. We were accommodated on the 4th floor, without an elevator - it did not bother us, but should be specified for people with reduced mobility.

We could not enjoy breakfast - supposedly available between 7:30 and 9:30. We went down to the reception at 8 am, and the young woman in charge was rather unpleasant, seeming surprised that we wanted to have breakfast - which had been confirmed by the receptionists the day before... She made no effort to communicate with us. We went to have coffee in town instead...
The hostel was clean and quiet. Wifi worked well. There was hot water in the shower. Comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well. I recommend!

I had read many reviews about soft beds, so I chose this hotel, but upon arrival, it turned out that all the mattresses in the hotel had been changed to traditional hard mattresses:( good thing I stayed only one night..
The hotel is very well located, close to the night market. We appreciated the fact that there is a water fountain in the entrance. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped us, especially to recover a deposit from a previous hotel.
