Staff and communication pre-arrival was fantastic. Location close to where we had to catch the ferry was great and the reason we chose this hotel.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but adequate and clean and the towels were a bit old and dated but the hotel is rated 3 stars so one should not expect more, though did think expensive for 3 stars but we had a rooftop terrace room which was so nice to sit out on at sunset and enjoy a drink so not much to not like evened out and staff were fantastic
