Our room was very nice and clean. In general, the hotel is in a very good position, close to the Nishiki market and other attractions. In the morning, free snacks are available, as well as drinks available all day.

The pillow was not comfortable at all. And one morning, a disgusting homeless person in his behavior was in the hotel at breakfast. The staff should never have let him in.

The room was very clean and practical. The available services such as water refiller, little brioches given during the morning, and coffee station are a plus which is very appreciated. The position of the hotel is great as the main central areas are reachable with a 10-minute walk.

The Wi-Fi in general is slow, this is the only point I would recommend to improve.

Partially very dusty in the room, the light in the room was very very bad for doing hair and makeup, one day our room was not cleaned.

The only downside was that the shower was very noisy, which could make you deaf.
