The staff is amazing! Very friendly and always willing to help, they had oxygen and coca tea to make your stay more pleasant! People make the stay great.

The air conditioning did not work well and the shower had a slight water leak, and the towels had a fried smell for a few days.

The accommodation, although old, is in excellent condition, the rooms are very comfortable, the showers work well, impeccable cleanliness. The only thing I found weak was breakfast; otherwise, it was very good.

Rooms are too small.

Very conveniently located with Plaza de Armas and San Blas within a 20-minute walk. Breakfast was consistently good, and I was confident I could start my day well with it. I could easily book some expeditions and transportation through the staff who were quite helpful (i.e. Paul, Junior, and Wilbert).

There was initially a mix-up with my reserved rooms which was resolved after 1 night.

Accommodation is great, although old, well-maintained, comfortable mattresses, comfortable and clean rooms, met our needs.
