A guide who charged much more than agreed. Even though he was recommended by the hotel, I did not lower my rating because the hotel was excellent, only the guide was terrible
This is the perfect location to stay when visiting Cairo, especially if you’re planning to do day tours. The staff were incredibly helpful and organized all of our tours for us, which actually worked out cheaper than booking through GetYourGuide. The complimentary airport pick-up was also a huge help, especially as it was our first time in Egypt. Having this organized directly through the hotel made us feel much more comfortable and safe when arriving. The service throughout our stay was fantastic. They even washed and ironed our laundry for us, which was such a great bonus! They also made sure we always had complimentary bottles of water, which we really appreciated. The staff genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

No alcohol is served at this hotel so we did go across the road to the Marriott for the evenings
