- inconsistency of the staff (different agreements - e.g. room upgrade, which was supposed to be from the beginning, but in the end there was no change) - waiting for breakfast on average 20 minutes - the same breakfast every day - arranged departures and payment methods variable and each staff member basically gave a different version
