Everyone was so nice. When we first got there they helped us with our bags and we were welcomed with banana bread and a welcome drink! They gave us a free upgrade which was amazing and the room was so nice! Breakfast was amazing! Coffee was great! But the staff was the best part they checked in with us everyday and would give us recommendations of places to visit and try.

- Very bad value for money - Room on the 8th floor in front of the elevator very very noisy (passage of all the people coming down from the bar, restaurant and rooftop, passage of all the people going up to breakfast because it is the top floor with elevator) - although nice, dishonest staff, they tell us twice that the minibar is free and then charge us 15€. - excursions offered are overpriced. Example: cruise 960$ per cabin when we chose a wonderful one for 250$. The airport taxi was offered at double the price of booking for the same private taxi service.

Staff was amazing! There was nothing they wouldn’t do. Manager Liam helped us obtain visa after national holiday—-his assistance was essential! Location of hotel was great as well.

The staff were so polite and professional, Daria in particular! The rooftop was amazing had a really good 360 view of the old quarter which was really nice. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.
