A really great hotel, just a 10-minute drive to the Bazaar. Everything was exactly as described. A huge room with a terrace! offering a view of Sarajevo at night :), daily cleaning, free parking, and professional staff—handling everything from the invoice for the stay to a parting gift, which was a very pleasant surprise. A very good breakfast. And the atmosphere... you just feel completely at ease, not like you're in a hotel.

You have such delicious pastries—burek with meat, with spinach—yum! But they’re missing.
The fact that I received an upgrade and got a bigger room was a great advantage. The hotel is very clean, in a quiet area. Parking in front of the hotel, video-monitored, is a plus. The receptionist was very nice... he offered us a map and suggested some places to visit, restaurants, and a safe parking in the city center. Upon departure, we received a small gift from the hotel. It was super nice and really surprised us. The hotel offers a superb view of the city. If you are in transit and not only, it is a perfect hotel. The breakfast is not very varied, but you find exactly what you need.
