I did not like the thousand rules that they have as if that is a hostel for kids. Rooms do not have electric blankets and when I requested for an extra blanket it took 3 hours and 10+ calls. I wasn’t really impressed

Your security staff needs to practice the POPI Act. You can’t give out the whereabouts of your guests it’s very dangerous. And all night there was sirens going off and hooting in front and back of the property. I didn’t appreciate it could hardly sleep
