Although the door code was correct, the door did not open, and this incident happened on the last day. The incident occurred at 20:00, and we immediately informed customer service. The door was opened at 02:00. I had to spend 4 hours of the 6 hours outside in the cold with my young child. They gave us a new room, and 2 hours after moving there, they said the door was opened. This period felt like a lifetime. I spent the whole night preparing my suitcase as I had a morning flight back. Having someone available at the facility would be very helpful, especially for someone like us who doesn't speak many languages.
