The price is very cheap, 8000 Janggo can only stay in a hostel, but for 11000 you can stay in a hotel. The location is very good, very close to Little Mega, and there are many places to eat downstairs. The staff is very friendly, the service is very attentive. And there is air conditioning.

No hot water, there was no hot water for quite a long time, hot water slowly resumed on September 7th, and it also depends on the time of day. In the morning, the water pressure is a bit higher, and in the evening, it's basically difficult to even wash hands. The cold water pressure is very low, resulting in having hot water but unable to take a shower. Secondly, the elevator was broken for two days, the facilities are very old, there has always been a foul smell in the drain. At first, I thought it was a toilet problem, but later found out it was mainly the foul smell of the drain, the smell even seeped through the wall to the bed. Third, the toilet is very prone to clogging and has a bad smell. Fourth, the soundproofing is very poor, you can hear the noise in the corridor and the sound of the TV next door. The hotel is at a crossroads, it's noisy outside the window, the glass soundproofing is okay, but it's still quite noisy. Fifth, the lighting is very dim, there is only one light, no bedside lamp, so I had to turn off the light and use the flashlight on my phone in bed. Sixth, the bathroom has no exhaust fan, the smell from the drain and toilet cannot be completely eliminated. Overall, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages because it's really cheap, and the location is good. If you don't have high living standards, can endure not showering for a few days, are a good sleeper, and not easily disturbed, it's very suitable.

There's a smell in the room, they say it's the sewage, but our room itself smelled. Dirty floor, dirty walls. No fridge and kettle. Window facing the corridor.
