Reception is bad, no valet parking attendant. The receptionist made a mistake in the bill (a very small amount), I did not argue, when I left I realized she made a mistake and the amount was refunded. The water pressure in the bathroom is very weak. Laundry and ironing service, as usual in hotels, is expensive but the problem was that the service was very slow. (I asked to iron a suit at 8 in the morning, they told me it would be ready by 9 at night, which is considered urgent) To be honest, I consider it a furnished apartment or a hotel apartment. It does not reach the level of hotels.
