It was spartan but I was happy with that

The hosts are super friendly, they gave advise on the area and helped me book a scooter. The guesthouse is up a steep hill, so there is a great sunset view.

Fridge needed a deep clean, the kitchen was only partially equipped, I had to use my own utensils. The WiFi is only strong enough for replying to messages etc., but not enough to google or be on social media. Even though the "quiet time" was announced to begin at 22, there was an older man permanently living in the house who would turn of the lights at 8:45, even when I was sitting outside reading my book.

Location difficult to find

Very good value. Offered transport from the airport and recommended cheap motor scooter rentals and things to do in the country. Everyone staying there were very pleasant. Would definitely stay again if in Tahiti again.
