Staff were amazing, so welcoming and helpful.. the location is amazing for someone who likes historical places and to live the vibes, breakfast was so yummy and coffee was always just on point

Needs some improvement on toilet and towels cleaning, rather than that everything was as expected and what I wanted to live and feel

The bathroom wasn’t really as advertised with the coloured tiles etc and the bedding had a rip in it
The place is very beautiful and comfortable but the service is somewhat arrogant except for Maya the blonde who wears glasses, she is very kind and polite

The air conditioner does not work well, the breakfast is dull and limited, there is no room service or they serve you according to their mood, the food is delicious, some of the workers are nice and some are very rude. Once we returned at 1 am, there was no one in the hotel and the door was closed, we had to ask the neighbors for help and waited for two hours, no one answered, then they answered and said it opens with the card and they did not inform us of that, they were very rude, they made us feel like we were wrong. First time staying in a hotel that closes the door with no doorman or guard.
