I think it was a little pricey for the size of the room (room #3)

Despite the dangerous levels of smoke due to fires, a disabled husband and a pregnant daughter-in-law, the owner was obnoxious and refused to have any flexibility at all in cancelling or changing our reservations during a dangerous smoke level situation where we couldn't breathe. He first said he would try and resell the room, then backtracked and said we should have booked trip insurance. EVERY other hotel (small or large) helped us. I was disappointed with his tone, lack of compassion and recommend a different property if looking at Banff.

The third bed was a camp bed, we expected a more comfortable bed considering the cost of the structure.

Spacious cottage in a quiet area, yet close to the center of Banff. Very well-equipped kitchen and clean. Jacuzzi on the terrace.
